PFC3 is the formula for food freedom - eating a balanced combination of Protein, Fat, and Carbs every 3 hours. PFC3 was developed by Mark Macdonald after years of studying blood sugar stabilization, how eating affects our muscles, and how our bodies release stored fat. The PFC3 eating philosophy has empowered millions of people around the world, spanning 6 continents, 60+ countries and over 30 languages.

We hate diets at PFC3. Because they never work - they weren’t meant to.

You may have seen diets work at some point in your life. At first, your body will react to a diet and allow you to lose weight, but eventually, your body will start to slow down its metabolism to make up for the caloric deprivation and you have to start eating less and less to keep losing weight.

Your body balances blood sugar levels on its own using hormones like insulin and glucagon, but you can make this so much easier by eating the right foods in the right combinations at the right frequency.
