You are responsible for keeping your membership and login details confidential and for any activities that occur under your account.

We strive to keep our gym facilities and services available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

5. Fees and Payments
All fees for using Monica Brant Enterprises' Services are listed on our website or at our facility. Failure to pay these fees can result in the termination of your account.

You agree to receive text messages to the phone number you provide for service-related notifications and/or marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by following the opt-out procedures provided in the text messages, or by replying "Stop". Additional MMS/SMS messaging fees may apply.
