When did you start in your sport?
I started with Figure in July of 2004. I was very overweight and out of shape at 182 pounds. I worked hard for 16 weeks to compete on a stage in my hometown and placed 2nd in my class weighing in at 138. I got so much motivation from Monica Brant-Peckam, she and Davana Medina were my role models all the way and I am sure they will always be. |

Best moment so far in your sport
The best moment so far that I have had was being able to walk on a stage after dieting and training for 16 weeks for a show. I was not in the shape I would have liked to be in at that time, but I felt I deserved to walk on that stage and stand proud for everyone to see my accomplishments. |

What do you enjoy about your sport?
I love working out and meeting people that have been in my shoes. I have met so many fantastic people that say to me, "I have your before and after photos on my fridge and that keeps me motivated". I get so much satisfaction from that. |

What are your goals in your sport?
My goals are to be the best I can be and go as far as I can possibly go in this sport. I get an adrenaline rush that I cant describe. Its like a dream come true. |
