Personal Information
I am married and have 3 children (2 living). After having Meredith, I weighed 170lbs! I needed something to motivate me to get back into shape, so I entered an NPC Figure Competition. Monica was my big inspiration to compete! 9 months after having my little girl in 2004 I stepped foot on stage to compete in my first competition and placed 6th out of 12 ladies that day! I've been competing ever since; even on the national stage in Vegas:) I am now a sponsored athlete for All American EFX, certified personal trainer and one very happy mommy/wife! |

When did you start in your sport?
I started my sport after High School 1992. My brother and his wife were Personal Trainers at the time and taught me everything they knew about lifting weights, cardio and diet. |

Awards/Titles
I've placed 2nd at NPC Pacific Naturals, 3rd in the NPC California State show which qualified me for nationals and 16th in Nationals. I've been on two magazine covers: Bakotopia and World Physique who named me the hottest mom of 2009;) and many advertisements in Oxygen Mag for the product

What do you enjoy about your sport?
I enjoy the way it makes me look and feel. I love being able to keep up with my kiddos!;) |

What are your goals in your sport?
TO HELP, INSPIRE, MOTIVATE AND BE A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL. Teach people to:
Make a GOAL, not an EXCUSE.... Believe in yourself! |
