I love Mrs. Monica Brant-pecham. She is the reason I am in Fitness Today, I am a personal Trainer, and IFBB Pro, a TaeBo instructor, my website is www.karenwalcott.org.
Monica is one of the most beautiful persons i ever met, my dream was to meet her and in 2002 I did I came third in her Monica Brant Fitness Classic and then the following year 2003 I won everything, the Tall Class, Best Routine and OVerall. |

What do you enjoy about your sport?
I Choreograph all my fitness routines and I have a great time doing them, my signature move is the 'Matrix'. The attached photo is what it looks like.

What are your goals in your sport?
I am now ranked 20th in the fitness world and yes I still wish to compete at the Arnold Classic in the Fitness International |
